At IT DOMIC, we take pride in delivering high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that meets your performance and reliability needs. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered under our warranty, for how long, and how to request service if you experience an issue.
- Standard Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all products purchased from IT DOMIC come with a 30 business days (Mon-Fri) limited warranty from the date of delivery.
- What This Warranty Covers
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Products that fail to perform as described in the product listing.
- Products that arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival) or develop a fault during normal use within the warranty period.
- Warranty Period
Standard Warranty: 30 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of delivery.
Extended Warranties: Some new items may include longer manufacturer warranties. These will be clearly listed on the product page.
If your product includes a manufacturer warranty, you may also file a claim directly with the manufacturer.
- What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Accidental damage, liquid damage, fire, or acts of nature.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Batteries, cables, software, and consumable parts (unless explicitly stated).
- Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Products with removed, altered, or defaced serial numbers.
- Compatibility issues if you purchased the wrong product without consulting our support team.
- Custom-configured equipment built to your specifications (unless defective on arrival).
- Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim:
1️. Contact Us:

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.
2️. RMA Issuance:
If your claim is valid, we’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed return instructions.
3️. Ship Back:
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) to prevent further damage.
Ship it to the address provided with your RMA.
4️. Inspection & Resolution:
Once we receive your item, our technicians will inspect it.
If the product is covered under warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.
If no fault is found or damage is due to misuse, your warranty claim may be denied and return shipping fees may apply.
- Costs Covered
If the product is defective under warranty, we cover repair or replacement costs, including return shipping (USA only).
If the product is returned for inspection but is found to be working or ineligible, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Limitation of Liability
IT DOMIC’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
