All exchanges and replacements require an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team to ensure safe handling and prevent further damage.

Change of address

Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
