At IT DOMIC, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of both our new and refurbished IT hardware and strive to ensure every item arrives as described and ready to perform. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranties apply to your purchases.
- 30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible products within 30 business days(Mon-Fri) of delivery.
After 30 business days(Mon-Fri), returns are not accepted unless covered by an extended warranty.
To qualify, all returns must follow our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
- New Products
New products must be returned unused, in original factory packaging, with all seals intact (unless defective).
If a new product is opened and used but has no manufacturing defect, a restocking fee may apply.
- Refurbished Products
Refurbished products are fully tested and inspected before shipment. We grade refurbished items (A/B/C) to indicate condition. Please check the item description.
Refurbished items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all parts, accessories, and manuals. Tampering with hardware voids eligibility.
Signs of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or tampering may void both the return and any applicable warranty.
- Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted for these reasons:
- Product is defective or non-functional on arrival
- Wrong item shipped
- Compatibility issue caused by our listing error
- Damaged in transit (must be reported within 48 hours)
- You ordered the wrong item, but it is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Activated software licenses tied to hardware
- Custom-built or specially configured servers
- Items marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance” or “Special Promotion”
- Backordered items shipping directly from the manufacturer
- “As-Is” or “Grade C” refurbished items when disclosed as sold without warranty
- Items returned without an approved RMA
- Items returned damaged due to improper packing or misuse
- Exchanges & Replacements
If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
If the exact product is unavailable, we’ll offer a comparable model or issue a full refund.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your package is damaged or missing items:
- Inspect the shipment at delivery
- Note damage with the carrier immediately

- Return Process (RMA)
Step 1: Request RMA

- Order number
- Contact details
- Reason for return (include photos if defective or damaged)
Step 2: RMA Approval
Once approved, we’ll issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package Properly
Carefully repack hardware using anti-static bags, original packaging, and protective materials. We recommend ensuring the return shipment.
Step 4: Ship to Provided Address
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be rejected. Returns must be sent to 20622 Newstone Dr, Richmond, Texas, 77406, United States.
- Refunds
- After we receive your return, we inspect it within 10 business days (Mon-Fri).
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.
- Partial refunds may apply for missing accessories or damage due to customer handling.
- Your bank may take additional time to process the credit.
- Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee may apply if:
- You ordered the wrong item and wish to return it.
- The item is opened and not defective.
- The returned product works correctly after inspection.
- Original packaging is missing or the seal is broken.
- You cancel an order after it has shipped.
No restocking fee applies if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.
- Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Warranty
Unless otherwise stated:
New products come with a minimum 30 business days (Mon-Fri) warranty.
Refurbished products are covered by a 30 business days (Mon-Fri) limited warranty unless listed As-Is.
Extended warranties may be available — see product listings for details.
- Compatibility & Installation
Customers are responsible for confirming system compatibility before ordering. If you’re unsure, contact our team to verify specs.
We are not responsible for incompatibility due to customer error.
Installation of hardware should be done by a qualified technician when required. Misuse or damage during installation may void your return eligibility.
- Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours if it has not yet shipped. If your order has shipped, our Return Policy applies.
- Additional Terms
Returned items must be in original condition with all included parts.
Items returned incomplete or damaged by improper repackaging may result in reduced refund amounts.
Fraudulent claims may be reported to the relevant authorities.
