Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment, delivered to your door in the same condition as described. However, there may be rare cases where the product you receive is defective, incompatible, or not as ordered. No matter the issue, we are here to help and will ensure exceptional customer service to resolve it. Unless specified otherwise, all products include a 30-day warranty.

 

Return Eligibility: 

 

  • Please make sure that the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period from the delivery date.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items returned without an approved RMA.

 

Return Process:

 

To initiate a return, please follow the below mentioned steps;

  • Be sure to include key details such as your order number, contact information, and a clear explanation of the issue.

  • Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided information to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. This step is necessary to verify the validity and eligibility of your return.

  • If your return request is approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide specific instructions on how to securely package the item for return. Following these guidelines carefully is critical to avoid any damage during transit.

  • After the returned item is received, we will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. 

  • Once the process is complete, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

 

Restocking Fee:

 

A restocking fee will be applied in some of the cases. Please read below:

 

  • Defective/Faulty Products: No restocking fee if you receive the defective or faulty product. 

  • Wrong Product: No restocking fee if you received an incorrect item instead of what you ordered.

  • Non-Defective Products: A 25% restocking fee applies if the product is returned in working condition with no issues. 

  • Defective Products Inspection: A 25% restocking fee will be charged if our engineers find no fault during inspection.

  • Brand New Product: A 25% restocking fee applies if a brand-new product is returned without its original packaging or with the seal broken.

  • Wrong Product Ordered: A 25% restocking fee applies if you ordered the wrong product without confirming compatibility with our support team beforehand.

  • Change of Mind: A 25% restocking fee applies if you cancel the order because it’s no longer needed or you’ve changed your mind.

  • Cancellation After Shipping: A 25% restocking fee applies if you cancel the order after the product has already been shipped.



Non-Refundable Items

 

There are some cases where we will not issue refund or accept returns: 

 

  • Software licenses (opened or activated).

  • Custom-configured hardware or servers.

  • Backordered items or products shipping directly from distributors or manufacturers, etc.

  • Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance Sale or Special Promotion. 

  • If the return request is opened after 30 days of the products received. 

 

However, the customer will be notified about non-refundable products in advance and we will not process the order without having the customer’s acknowledgement. 



Return Address & Return Cost: 

 

When our customer support team issues an RMA, they will provide the correct return address. It is essential to use this address to avoid delays in receiving your refund.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the product received is faulty or incorrect.
