You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided it has not yet shipped.

After 24 hours, your order may have been processed or shipped — in such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible.

  1. Orders Already Processed or Shipped

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

However, you may still return eligible products under our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note: Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply if the product is non-defective.

Some orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, including:

  • Custom-configured hardware or servers
  • Special order items requested specifically for you
  • Software licenses once opened, activated, or delivered by email/download
  • Items clearly marked Final Sale or Clearance
  1. Partial Cancellations

Partial cancellations may be accepted within the 24-hours window, depending on the status of individual items.

Please contact our support team to check if part of your order can be cancelled while keeping the rest active.
